Not every bad tattoo needs covering... sometimes a rework is the answer! Back in the 90's, my client was living the dream in Australia, surfing and kicking back. Twenty-odd years later, his tattoo was a nondescript blob. He hated looking at it now, but that tattoo held a lot of happy memories. A couple hours later, his surfer dude is looking bright and fun again! :)
